Our aim is to create a warm and wonderful shopping experience for our customers, many of which we have known for many years and have come to love as family members. Our customers come to Justin Porterfield for a unique, wonderful, and personal shopping experience. Together, we all work diligently to make EVERY unique customer feel gently cared for and special.

Our new Sales Assistant must be able to work as part of a team, undertake independent tasks, and also follow specific instructions from direct supervision. The Sales Assistant will also provide wonderful customer service, keep shelves stocked and areas tidy. Ability to run a cash register and familiarity with gift wrap are both a plus.

We are looking for someone who can multi-task while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to varying needs as Holiday shopping is a very busy and crucial time for us. Simple, yet polite telephone etiquette is also desired.

This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, standing and stair climbing. You will regularly experience stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, unpacking merchandise, and lifting boxes up to 25 lbs.

Weekly hours will vary week by week (a schedule will be provided to you)
